Kidnapped by Pirates!

I was at a huge house, like a mansion or a palace, and it was by the sea. There were many people there that i knew, and we were having dinner on the sea shore one day with a group of men, but it turned out they were pirates and they kidnapped me! Well... at least, they took me with them on their travels, but i don't think it was by force. However, after a time with about 15 of us on a tiny boat with no food or water we returned to the island with the house/palace and i went back to my friends, who i knew had been very worried (i'd been gone about two weeks and they didn't know where i was).

Pirate

Personal Meaning
The second time having dreamt of a pirate in the past month, i'm pretty sure it's simply referring to a friend i have been trying to help over the past few months, who sometimes makes my own life harder to cope with. I don't think anyone has violated my creativity, but sometimes its a little chaotic having to deal with someone else's life as well as my own.
As far as taking risks and new adventures go YES PLEASE :D (hehe :P)

I know that buildings always refer to the self in dreams, and it's interesting that i should dream of a huge, beautiful, golden-coloured 'palace'. Golden yellow signifies opportunity and achievement, and mansion and palaces are to do with using my full potential, which is a wonderful thought as i know i have a lot of potential and the coming year (GCSE's) would probably be a good time to use it! Even sailing is to do with success.

Finally, the image of the sea isn't quite so clear meaning-wise, but offering reassurance to someone is a daily task at the moment. It's interesting what it says about the transition between conscious and unconscious, because only yesterday i was reading about lucid dreaming and OBE's, and having control over that very transition...
