Nicky in Brambles

I dreamt that Stu from Beauchamp threw my friend Nicky into a patch of thorny bramble-type bushes and then kicked him before running off. I don't know if he meant to kill him (sounds morbid i know!), but certainly was intending to hurt him beyond him being able to get himself out. However, Nicky was able to climb out of the bush with my help and he was covered in cuts & stratches & bruises so i bathed them for him.

Personal Meaning
This dream has a very clear meaning to me. The day before, Nicky had rung me up because he needed someone to talk to about a situation from Beauchamp. In the dream the fact i was bathing his cuts was probably symbolic of the fact that i talked to him to help him know what to do. I have no ideas as to what Stu had to do with anything, but maybe it was just representative of Beauchamp, as opposed to particular people.
Also the thorns seem to hold another meaning, and that's the fact that perhaps i need to start thinking of myself, and putting up defenses to stop myself getting hurt from 'sacrificing my own well-being for others'.
